PURPOSE:To make a motor smaller in size and light in weight and to reduce the number of parts, working manhours and manufacturing cost by forming a flexible printing circuit board (flex) like a cylinder, arranging it in a yoke and fixing a coil on the flex. CONSTITUTION:The flex 6 formed like the cylinder is arranged in a closed space in the yoke 5, bobbinless coils 1 and 2 are mounted so as to face each other on two places of the inner periphery of the cylindrical part of the flex 6 and the flex 6 is fixed on a base plate 3. The flex 6 is molded to the shape of a T-shaped plane, a part corresponding to the T-shaped head part of the plane is arranged in the yoke 5 and a projection formed on one end of the head part is fitted into the recessed part of the other end, to constitute the cylinder in the yoke 5. The flex 6 as an insulator is interposed between the outer peripheries of the coils 1 and 2 and the inner periphery of the yoke 5, so that a gap between a rotor 4 and the yoke 5 can be made smaller than that of the conventional motor and the outer diameter of the motor can be made smaller as well. |
