PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic circuit board using a conductive material made of aluminum with advantages in resistance, thermal conductivity, specific gravity, and material cost. CONSTITUTION:Green sheets 10 mainly made of ceramic powder, having conductor circuits 12 of aluminum. are integrally laminated in a way that the conductor circuits 12 is covered and not so as to be exposed to the outside. The laminate is baked at a temperature of 660 deg.C or above and after that, part of an inner conductor circuit in a sintered body formed in the baking step is exposed on a surface of the board. |
