<p>The invention concerns a device designed like an ordinary wet-type dust exhauster for the preparation and supply of a main washing liquor, the powder being taken directly from a powder pack for commercial washing or washing-up machines. The device has a suction line through which powder is sucked out of the powder pack and into a mixing tank where it is mixed with incoming water. One end of the suction line is designed as a power-aspiration probe (1) which passes into the powder pack. The aim of the invention is to design a powder-aspiration probe with which defined amounts of hygroscopic powder material can be sucked into the mixing tank under normal conditions of operation and give reliable and trouble-free operation over an extended period. This aim is achieved by virtue of the fact that the aspiration probe (1) comprises three tubes (2, 3, 4) which fit into each other spaced apart to form two annular-section air channels (6, 10). The inner tube (2) is connected to the suction line, and the two other tubes (3, 4) have apertures (9, 12) exposed to the surrounding atmosphere and staggered longitudinally with respect to the tube mouths (7, 11) at the open (suction) end of the probe. In addition, the mouth (11) at the open end of the outer tube (4) is located further along the longitudinal axis of the probe than the mouth (8) at the open end of the inner tube (2), and the mouth (7) at the open end of the middle tube (3) is located further along the longitudinal axis of the probe than the mouths (8, 11) at the open ends of the outer (4) and inner (2) tubes.</p> |
