The precession gear box for use in a machine tool, a hoist, a manipulator and so on, prevents a counter rotation of a rotary machine, without an efficiency loss caused by a friction force, a sliding or a lost motion. The apparatus comprises the precession including a main body (1), a carrier (2), and two rings (4,5) with inner teeth; a first center gear wheel (6), connected tightly to the main body (1), having outer teeth geared with a first gear ring (4); a second center gear wheel (7), connected tightly to a driven shaft (8), having outer teeth geared with a second gear ring (5).
