PURPOSE:To wash clean the inner and outer surfaces of a sample/reagent dispensation nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A laminated piezoelectric actuator 1 is attached to a displacement increasing mechanism 2, and a nozzle 6 is attached to the lever 3 of the displacement increasing mechanism 2 and vibration of the laminated piezoelectric actuator 1 is increased and transmitted to the nozzle 6. During washing, a wash liquid 14 is sucked to a predetermined height with the nozzle 6 immersed in the wash liquid 14. The outlet 10 of the nozzle 6 excites vibration including primary bending motion serving as the antinode of the vibration, thus washing dirt off the inner and outer surfaces of the nozzle 6. |
