PURPOSE:To accurately control the discharging amount of a nozzle at the dispensing time of a dispensing device by providing a control means which makes the nozzle to again discharge part of a suckedin liquid into a single container after the nozzle sucks in the liquid. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a nozzle tip 13 is put in a liquid by lowering the tip 13 by a prescribed amount. Then the liquid is sucked into the tip 13 and, at the same time, the tip 13 itself is lowered in order to cope with the drop of the liquid level. Then, after having a fixed quiescent time, the liquid is discharged by a prescribed amount (returning control) while the front end of the tip 13 is kept in the liquid. Because of the returning control, the detecting value of the pressure at a dispensing nozzle 25 becomes the same as that when the first discharge is performed. Thereafter, the tip 13 is raised by a prescribed amount after having a fixed quiescent time. Since the front end of the tip 13 is exposed to the air when the tip 13 is raised, an air gap is formed to cope with the first transportation. Therefore, all discharging amounts can be controlled within a tolerance. |
