LEAD TERMINAL CONNECTING METHOD TO CIRCUIT BOARD AND CIRCUIT BOARD WITH LEAD TERMINAL

PURPOSE:To stable connect to a lead terminal a through hole on a circuit board. CONSTITUTION:In this method for connecting a lead terminal 3 to a circuit board 1, the lead terminal 3 is connected to a through hole 2 on the circuit board 1. The lead terminal 3 formed with a solder layer 4 is inserted to the through hole 2 of the circuit board 1 formed with a solder layer 4, and the lead terminal 3 is brought into contact with an internal wall surface of the through hole 2. Under this condition, energy beams 5 are irradiated to fluxlessly connect the lead terminal 3 to the through hole 2.
