The method has two processes. The material (1) made by lining the bearing metal (1a) with the steel plate (1b) is compressed by the urethane rubber punch on the concave die of a half-sphere type. This 1st process makes half-finished goods (F'). The goods (F') is passed through the extrusion dies (8,8') having the pressure tunnel (9). This 2nd process makes the flange bent vertically.
