PURPOSE:To improve the sliding friction property between a a mounting member and a flange and to prevent chipping of the flange and the generation of odd sound by providing a second conductive member of the mounting member with a cylindrical made of plastic. CONSTITUTION:A flange gear 7a is mounted at one side end of a cylindrical aluminum base body of a photosensitive drum 7. The flange gear 7a is composed by injection molding of an insulating plastic resin, such as polycarbonate resin or polyacetal resin, and is fixed to the end of the drum base body by force press feeding or adhesive. A supporting member 15 is fitted into a fitting hole 7b formed at the flange gear 7a to rotatably support the photosensitive drum 7. The mounting member 15 has the first conductive member 15b projecting from the one side face to the base body 15a and the second conductive member 15c projecting from the other side face of the base body 15a. Further, the mounting member and an extension part 15d are integrally composed of the conductive material and further, the plastic cylindrical member 15e is mounted at the second conductive member 15c. |
