PROGRAM SERVICE AND SYSTEM GENERATION METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide a method for improving productivity due to the common use of a service medium and optimum for the management of use right in the service medium. CONSTITUTION:A processor 101 generates use right management information. An operator inputs program information received from a console device 102 based on a program reception list from a user. Inputted information is processed by a use right management information generation program in the processor 101 and a use right management medium 105 is generated. The use right management medium 105 is supplied to the user with CD-ROM 106 to which all the supply programs are registered. The program in the supply medium can be used by comparing it with use right management information in the use right management medium 105. Thus, only the program whose use is permitted by use right management information can automatically be registered in a magnetic disk.
