PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a device for transporting crude refuse and to lessen labor by installing a treating machine for crushing and drying the crude refuse above the crude refuse treating machine and throwing the crude refuse crushed and dried by this treating machine in the lower crude refuse treating machine. CONSTITUTION:The crude refuse treating machine 2 provided with right and left throwing ports 1, 1 at its upper surface is installed on a horizontal table 3 and a stand 4 is disposed freely laterally movably back and forth along two pieces of approximately parallel rails 5, 5 on this horizontal table 3. A pair of right and left masts 7, 7 are erected on the front surface of this stand 4 and a lifting table 10 is freely liftably mounted thereto via a pair of left and right upper and lower rollers. The horizontal part of this lifting table 10 is movably freely vertically and freely movably in and out inserted into the insertion space of a truck 19 having a prescribed vertical width. The crude refuse is crushed and dried. The treating machine 39 including a drum mounted with cutters at its central shaft is freely rotatably mounted around a fulcrum shaft 40. The crude refuse after crushing and drying in this machine is thrown from a crude refuse throwing port 1 in the crude refuse treating machine 2.
