摘要 The manufacturing method involves making image point beam sources using bundled multiple beam systems in additive beam lithography onto an insulating flexible base material (1). First, using known lithographic methods, e.g. light, x-ray or particle radiation, a conductive track structure is applied in a first pattern on the base material in a vacuum.Next, emitter wires (2) with current limiting resistances and metallic emitter points are generated in a second pattern formed by multiple particle radiation inducing deposition in inclined directions, by appropriate beam guiding or tilting the substrate. Extractor wires (3) are formed in a third pattern with opposing slopes or axially staggered directions, with surrounding focussing/deflection wires (4).
