A bag for the collection, transport and/or preparation of a biological sample for analysis is formed from two impermeable sheets (1 and 2) joined at their edges. The bag is divided into two compartments (C1 and C2) by a permeable internal wall (6) which acts as a filter. Additional walls (7,8 and 9) are used to form further compartments (C3,C4 and C5), with the impermeable walls.
