INJECTION MOLDING METHOD OF PHENOL RESIN MOLDING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To perform continuous injection molding with an injection molding machine for a thermoplastic resin having a high compression ratio by using a phenol resin molding material whose melt viscosity at a specified temperature and stable time in a melted state are respectively specified. CONSTITUTION:When a phenol resin molding material is to be molded by injection molding, an injection molding machine equipped with a plasticizing mechanism having a screw compression ratio of 1.5 or higher is used. A phenol resin molding material whose melt viscosity at 100 deg.C is 10<4>Pa.s or lower and stable time in a melted state at 1000 deg.C is 250sec. or longer is molded by injection molding. By using the phenol resin molding material having excellent heat stability at the time of melting and low viscosity, continuous injection molding can be performed with the injection molding machine for thermoplastic resin having high compression ratio.
