PURPOSE: To accurately adjust the position of a beam by providing a device with a means translating two sets of semiconductor laser light emitters in a main scanning direction and a means changing the angles of two sets of semiconductor laser light emitters in a main scanning surface. CONSTITUTION: When a translating member 124 is translated, fixing screws 134 and 135 is released and a core shaft 131 is turned around a base 111. By turning an eccentric cam 130, the member 124 is translated in a right-and-left direction shown by an arrow by first guide grooves 124B and 124C and guide members 132 and 133 provided on the base 11 through a second guide groove 124A. By such movement, a casing 201 provided on an angle change member 125 can be adjusted to be moved in parallel with the beam. When the angle of the change member 125 is changed, a fixing screw 139 is released and an eccentric cam 136 provided on a core shaft 137 is turned around the member 124. By turning the cam 136, the change member 125 is adjusted to be turned in a direction shown by an arrow around a shaft 138 through a third guide groove 125A. Thus, the position of the beam is adjusted. |
