PURPOSE: To provide a film surface moving type automatic focusing camera capable of more high-speed back focus control and more expansion of a function (a manual lens is made autofocus and a macro function capable of short distance photographing from the shortest photographing distance of the lens) by making a movable part lighter in weight and smaller in volume, in a back focus control system camera. CONSTITUTION: Film chambers 15 and 16 housing a cartridge 17 and a spool 18 are provided in the fixed block A of a camera main body. An optical axial unit B is moved to a film taking up position just after a film is loaded or photographing is completed, to be wound. At the time of focusing, the optical axial unit B can be smoothly moved without tensing the film and at least obtain slacks 20a and 20b on both end sides of a film aperture 10 in a focusing position. |
