PURPOSE: To obtain an actinic-radiation-curable composition which can give a cured product provided with a high refractive index without detriment to light transmittance and, as a result, can give a lens sheet of a high luminance improving effect in good productivity by using a (meth)acrylate composition of a specified structure as the above composition. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprizes 15-80wt.% compound (A) of the formula (wherein R1 is H or methyl; X and Y are each methyl, Cl, Br or I; and (t) and (u) are each 0-2), 20-85wt.% at least one compound (B) having at least one (meth)acryloyl group in the molecule, being capable of dissolving component A and being a lowly viscous liquid at room temperature and 0.01-5 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt., based on the total of components A and B, actinic- radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator (C). This composition is poured into and spread over a lens mold 11 for e.g. prisms, a transparent sheet 8 having a thickness of about several hundredμm is laid on the spread composition, and the composition is cured by irradiation with an actinic radiation, and a lens sheet composed of a lens part 9 of a refractive index of 1.65 and the sheet 8 adhered thereto is released from the mold 11.
