摘要

PURPOSE: To enhance productivity by automating a radial tire manufacturing process to a large extent and to improve the uniformity of a radial tire in addition. CONSTITUTION: A large number of bent and cut rubber covered cords 12 are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of a toroidal carcass 10 through a rubber layer 11 to be bonded thereto to form a first belt ply 13 and a large number of linear rubber covered cut cords 14 are arranged on the belt ply 13 at an angle crossing the bent and cut cords 12 to be bonded thereto to form a second belt ply 15 and tread rubber is bonded to perform vulcanization molding.
