摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a liquid crystal display device having high connection reliability by lowering the contact resistance of transparent electrodes formed on one substrate constituting a liquid crystal display element and the electrode terminals thereof formed on another substrate, thereby well executing connection of both. CONSTITUTION: Common transparent pixel electrodes ITO2 formed on a one transparent glass substrate SUB2 and their leading out wirings INT formed on another transparent glass substrate SUB1 are electrically connected via conductive beads AUB which are arranged between both substrates, are formed by coating the surfaces of spherical particles consisting of an org. polymer resin with a conductive material and have elasticity. The outside diameter of the conductive beads AUB is larger by 5 to 30% than the gap between both substrates in the positions where beads AUB are arranged.
