摘要 PURPOSE: To produce a flexible polyurethane foam having a low density and excellent properties in good moldability and productivity by using a blowing agent entirely consisting of water in the production of the foam. CONSTITUTION: A process for producing a filexible polyurethane foam from a mixture comprising a polyoxyalkylene polyol, a blowing agent, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer and other adjuvants and an organic polyisocyanate composition, wherein the blowing agent is entirely consists of water, the organic polyisocyanate composition is a mixture comprising a polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate (A) (a content of a binuclear component (n=0) of 60-90wt.% and a content of a trinuclear component (n=1) of 40-10wt.%) represented by the formula (wherein (n) is 0, 1, 2, 3...) and 2, 4-and/or 2, 6-tolylene isocyanates (B) is an A/B weight ratio of (97-80) to (3-20), and the polyoxyalkylene polyol is for example the one having a hydroxyl value of 10-35mgKOH/g and a maximum monool content of 15mol%.
