PURPOSE: To prevent the decrease of a strength by damaging the aggregate of organic particles in an epoxy resin and to obtain a casting resin in which the heat resistance and toughness are improved by mixing inorganic particles with a mixture in which the organic particles are agitated to be mixed with the epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A casting resin is obtained by casting inorganic particles in epoxy resin in which organic particles are dispersed by an agitating mixture type dispersing unit which can vigorously agitate liquid and solid particles by rotating an agitator and an agitating blade at a high speed, the agitator is rotated to agitate to mix the resin by a mixer. In this case, the inorganic particles are collided with aggregate of rubber particles retained even after agitating by the unit, and the aggregate of the rubber particles is dispersed to the fine particle level of the organic particles. Thus, the rubber aggregate in the resin can be destioyed, and further the cast inorganic particles become the obstacle for moving the rubber fine particles to prevent the rubber fine particles from being reaggregated. |
