PURPOSE: To obtain a rubber-modified styrene resin composition which shows sufficient moldability without detriment to impact resistance and heat resistance, and can give a molding free from poor surface appearance such as a weld line or a flow mark without changing the molding conditions such as a die temperature or without coating its surface. CONSTITUTION: A rubber-modified styrene resin composition wherein a particulate rubbery polymer is dispersed in a matrix comprising a styrene polymer, the rubbery polymer particles have a two-peaks particle diameter distribution in which a small-particle portion having a mean particle diameter of 0.1-0.5μm and a large-particle portion having a mean particle diameter of 0.6-4.0μm exist, the small-particle portion amounts to 60-95wt.% of the total weight of the rubbery polymer particles, and the melt flow rate of the rubber-modified styrene resin composition as measured under a load of 5kg at 200 deg.C is 5g/10min or above.
