GAS LASER OSCILLATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a high quality gas laser oscillator having high condensation performance by a constitution wherein the scattering laser light is subjected to diffusion damping or absorbed. CONSTITUTION: Grooves are made in the inner face of a spacer 10 disposed at one or both ends of a discharge tube 1 or irregularities are made on the inner face of the spacer 10 by blasting thus diffusion damping the scattering laser light. Alternatively, the scattering laser light is absorbed by a laser beam absorbing material composing the inner surface of the spacer 10.
