摘要

PURPOSE: To increase the electrostatic charge potential of the surface of a heat fixing roller constituted by successively providing the outer periphery of a metallic core shaft with a lower silicone rubber layer, intermediate oil barrier layer and surface silicone rubber layer. CONSTITUTION: The values of the specific volume resistivity of the lower silicone rubber layer 3 and the surface silicone rubber layer 5 are both specified to >=1×10<14>Ω.cm and the value of the specific volume resistivity of the intermediate barrier layer 4 is specified to >=5×10<13>Ω.cm. As a result, the heat fixing roller adequate for heat fixing of full-color toner images is obtd.
