PURPOSE: To carry out a wide range cutting chip processing by providing so that a slant surface slanting in a tip lower surface direction reaching a tip escape surface of adjacent sides which is symmetrical to the bisector of a nose angle for a cutting edge can be crossed to near the raised part of a breaker groove. CONSTITUTION: A cutting edge 3, a land 4 and a breaker groove 5 of a triangle plate shape throw away tip are arranged.
