PURPOSE: To allow of knowing the revolving speed which becomes a contact state from the data by making the relation between the revolving speed and an inclined angle clear while detecting the inclined angle of a rotor with respect to a normal rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: The angleαof a spurious light at the time of the contact starting of a rotary hollow shaft 30 when the shaft heads go from a stationary revolution to a stopping with respect to a normal rotary shaft becomes to be a plane tilt angle + the inclined angle. In this case, the shaft length of the shaft 30 is 20mm, the maximum value of the gap between a fixed shaft 25 and the shaft 30 is 0.01mm, the maximum value of the inclined angle isβ=tan-1(0.01/20)=103.1sec. When the plane tilt angle is±15sec., the gap between the shaft 25 and the shaft 30 is 0.01mm, since the distance between the surfaces of a rotary polygon mirror and the object to be scanned is 240mm, the displacementδon an optical detector 15 becomes 0.137. This numerical value is equivalent to a known inclined angle and a CPU recognizes it in a factory and it is stored in a RAM and it is initially set. |
