The cassette contains a number of withdrawable box compartments so that it can be placed on standard beams in conventional pallet locations, keeping the degree of fill high. The cassette is formed by bottom and top plates and two side pieces which have a number of guides for the withdrawable box compartments and a back piece which provides stability. The side plates have double bent flanges for bending stability. When a cassette is docked, its left-hand flange can be fixed with the earlier cassette right-hand flange. The stabilising guides are made of an unsymmetrical U-profile, which provides sufficient side stability to the cassette. A vertical stay angle on each side plate is secured with a bolt, which even functions as a stop for the withdrawable box compartment. |
