PROCESS OF UTILIZATION OF SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION AND GEAR TO IMPLEMENT IT

FIELD: demolition of ammunition to produce secondary raw materials from completely equipped cartridges of infantry armament of any caliber. SUBSTANCE: completely equipped ammunition is ground in neutralizing liquid medium with the aid of crushing gear (disintegrator). Produced mixture is filtered and separated into components. Crushing gear includes loading fixture, working chamber with cover and grate, driving mechanism with hammers placed on it. Driving mechanism (rotor) is manufactured in the form of driving shaft and set of plates of multiangular shape made fast on shaft in parallel one to another. Working shafts with mobile hammers in the form of rectangular plates are built into vertexes of these angles. Each plate has center of gravity displaced relative to attachment point and is capable of rotation about this point on shaft in parallel to plates of rotor. Working chamber is leak-proof and includes branch pipe to supply water and discharge unit. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency and reliability.
