FIELD: armament, military equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is related to protection of combat vehicles against air attaches with the use of machine-gun and gun mounts. It consists in detection, tracking and determination of elevation corrections for firing, in firing of machine-gun (gun) mounts with due account of corrections. Before calculation of elevation corrections rate of closure of target with carrier D is found, absolute initial velocity of shell is determined by mathematical expression. Then time of flight of shell and advance range are found from mathematical expressions. Finally kinematic corrections (lead angles for movement of target and carrier) Δε, Δβ are found from mathematical expressions in sighting coordinate system. Barrels of machine-gun or gun mounts are continuously deviated during firing relative to present position of sight line. EFFECT: enhanced firing efficiency. 8 cl, 10 dwg |
