SUBSTANCE: corundum insulator contains AlOas base compound, SiOas glass forming oxide, and metal oxides as mineralizers. Base material contains AlOis amount of 93-95% by weight, SiOin amount of 2-3% by weight and the rest MnO and CrO. mineralizers. Preferable version of invention contains components in the following relationship, weight %: AlO- 93.90; SiO- 2.76; MnO 2.85; CrO- 0.49. EFFECT: improved operating capabilities by increasing density and decreasing thermal expansion coefficient of corundum insulator. |
