Invention applies to the food processing industry, namely to the production of cakes. The cake is formed of sheets made from crumbly dough, sponge dough and albumen mass spread with a three mixture cream and the surface is coated by two a layer cream. The crumbly dough is prepared of flour, condensed milk and eggs. The sponge dough is prepared of flour, condensed milk, eggs, starch and cacao or flour, sour cream, sugar, eggs and cacao. The albumen mass is produced of egg whites and sugar. The spreading cream is produced of three mixtures. The top and sides of the cakes are covered by whipped sugar with a sour cream and the sour cream coated with a jelly chocolate icing makes a melange ornament. |
