PURPOSE: To protect a strain gauge from a drain attack by seam-welding a strain gauge protecting plate in a water tight state, enfolding a boundary between a transmitter capsule and rotating mechanism with an L-shape waterproof plate, and interposing an O-ring at a boundary between the transmitter capsule and a cover. CONSTITUTION: An L-shape waterproof plate 8 surrounds a boundary between a transmitter capsule 6 and a disc 13 at the base part of a rotor blade and fixes the faying surface including the respective end faces of the transmitter capsule 6 side and disc 13, in a watertight state by seam welding 5. An O-ring 17 is interposed in a watertight state at a boundary between the transmitter capsule 6 and a cover 6a for covering the storage part of a transmitter 9. The transmitter 9 is mounted in the transmitter capsule 6, and the transmitter capsule 6 is thrusted into the disc 13. Moisture is thereby prevented from infiltrating between the transmitter capsule 6 and the disc 13 and into the capsule 6 so as to be able to prevent a drain attack. |
