PURPOSE: To stably process synthetic fiber at a high speed by drawing, falsely twisting and processing undrawn multifilament yarn treated with a specific finishing oil by a frictional false twisting device without causing fluff and end breakage even yarn of low denier. CONSTITUTION: Undrawn multifilament yarn of synthetic fiber is provided with a finishing oil comprising (A) 30-50wt.% of a PO/EO copolymer having 1,000-3,000 average molecular weight and the copolymerization weight ratio of propylene oxide(PO)/ethylene oxide(EO) of 50/50-80/20, (B) 30-50wt.% of a polyoxyalkylene glycol copolymer having 5,000-7,000 average molecular weight and the copolymerization weight ratio of PO/EO of 40/60-20/80, (C) 5-15wt.% of an ether ester compound prepared by esterifying a 6-18C alcohol having 1-5mols of added EO with a 6-18C fatty acid and (D) 5-15wt.% of an ether compound obtained by adding 3-9mols of PO and/or EO to a 8-15 alcohol and having <=1 second permeability. The yarn is drawn, falsely twisted and processed. |
