Two rows (10,20) of parallel, spaced apart arms (12,14,22,24) are positioned on both sides of a bending part (5). The arms are bent into connecting eyelets, and their bent-over points penetrate the material of the belt. In the first row, the initial sections (16) of the arms extend as far as a continuous bar (3) to which they are fixed. The adjacent arms of each row have different lengths. Every two arms of the second row are joined by a bar (4) to a pair of arms. The bar has a break in towards the directly adjacent pairs of arms of the second row. The second sections (18) of the arms of the first row, joined to the bar next to the first sections are opposite gaps between the arms of the second row.
