<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the transfer of a coating film to a rear surface of a substrate even when a recording layer is closely adhered to the rear surface of the substrate by superposing a mold-releasing sheet on the surface of a coating liquid for forming a layer at the time of finishing drying and maintaining the state till next applying of the coating liquid for forming a layer. CONSTITUTION: In the method for producing a reversible recording medium provided with a recording layer and a protective layer light scattering degree of which reversibly changes with external stimulation on a plastic film, the plastic film 2 is fed out of a plastic film feeding part 1, is coated with the coating liquid for forming a recording layer by an applying device 3 such as a gravure roll coater and then, is dried at a drying zone 4. After finishing drying, the mold-releasing sheet 6 is fed out of a mold-releasing sheet feeding part 5, is superposed on the dried surface of the recording layer and then, is wound up in a roll shape at a winding-up part 7 in the state. Then the plastic film on which the recording layer is formed is heat-treated in a heat reserving room by holding a roll state to crosslink constituting materials of the recording layer and the reversible recording medium is produced.</p> |
