摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new resin composition capable of directly producing a perfectly crystallized forming without subjecting a forming obtained by an ordinary injection molding to a heat treatment and excellent in mechanical properties, heat resistance, etc., by compounding a crystallizable resin having a specified melting point with graphite and/or carbon black. SOLUTION: This resin composition consists of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a crystallizable resin [e.g. an aromatic polyimide having a recurring unit of formula I (X is a direct bond, SO2 , etc.; R1 to R4 are each H, an alkyl, etc.; Y1 is formula II or formula III), etc.] having a melting point of 250-500 deg.C and (B) 0.1-100 pts.wt., preferably 1-30 pts.wt. of graphite (suitably, having an average primary particle diameter of 0.1-1μm) and/or carbon black (suitably, having an average primary particle diameter of 1-50nm and a crystallite size Lc in a C-axis direction of 3-20nm). The objective composition may be obtained through the process composed of preliminary mixing of powder of the component A, the component B, and optionally a fibrous reinforcing material and another additive by a ball mill, etc., subsequent mixing and kneading of the materials by a melt extruder, etc., and forming into pellets or powder, etc.
