PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability as the single crystalline material by matching the crystal orientation of the bonded surface of laminated members consisting of the single crystalline material at the angle in the range of direct bonding to realize the diffusion bonding to eliminate problems such as intergranular corrosion, enbrittlement of the material, deterioration of the strength. SOLUTION: When a laminated material of three or more layers consisting of single crystalline metal or alloy, e.g. in the Ni-based single crystalline heat resistant alloy, the mechanical properties are excellent in the (100) direction, and the first single crystalline material 1 is in the (100) direction. Members to the n-th order are bonded to form the Ni-based single crystalline laminated material of N-th layer by realizing the lamination through the rotation of, e.g. about 7 degrees capable of being bonded while securing the conformity of the crystal orientation difference between the planes of laminations of the individual single crystalline material. The laminated material is formed through the diffusion bonding by applying the pressure and heat in the non-oxidizing atmosphere. |
