PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adverse influence of unstableness of a potential from being exerted on a signal terminal group by preconnecting a ground terminal to a corresponding press-in pin or pin header and postconnecting it to a press-in pin group or pin header group at the same time. SOLUTION: The connection tips 1a and 2a of a group of signal spring terminals 2 and a ground spring terminal 1 in the cable connector A has their connection positions X and Y shifted by a needed position difference (d) and when the cable connector A is connected the connection tip 1a of the ground spring terminal is connected to the press-in pin 8 or pin header 9 inserted into an insertion hole 3a or 4a of a ground-pin insertion hole 3 or signal pin insertion hole 4 prior to the group of terminals 2. Further, when the cable connector A is disconnected, the connection tips 2a of the group of signal spring terminals 2 are disconnected from the press-in pin 8 or pin header 9 prior to the connection tip 1a of the ground spring terminal 1.
