PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source device for an individual air conditioning system having a high general applicability characteristics. SOLUTION: There are provided a heat pump device 210 comprising a first thermal medium-second thermal medium heat exchanger (evaporator) 216 and a first thermal medium-heat source water heat exchanger (condenser) 218; a second thermal medium circulating system 262 for feeding second thermal medium to a load side 100 by a first circulating means 262a; a heat source water circulating system 264 for feeding the heat source water to a load side by a second circulating means 264a, a second thermal medium-air heat exchanger 242 installed in the second thermal medium circulating system; and a gas-liquid direct contact type heat exchanger 244 installed in the heat source water circulating system. Accordingly, the heat pump device can be operated to feed cold heat to a load side through the second thermal medium and to feed hot heat to a load side through the heat source water. Surplus heat is discharged by a gas-liquid direct contact heat exchanger or the second heat source-air heat exchanger.
