PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation of fitting on a curved or inclined wall surface. SOLUTION: A fixing member 12 is fitted on the wall surface of a tunnel 2 and supports brackets 14. The bracket 14 needs only to have the size and strength allowing a cable rack to be provided thereon and it is formed of a flat plate having a U-shaped section and is made foldable so that it can be stored easily at the time of storage before assembly or others. A holding means 16 regulates rotation of the bracket 14 and thereby the bracket 14 can be fixed with various angles to the fixing member 14.
