PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently finish the surface of worked materials and prevent the worked materials from being damaged, due to the mutual contact thereof. SOLUTION: Regarding the surface finishing method where a working bath 1 houses working materials 41 and 42, and worked materials 40, and is oscillated or rotated to finish the surface of the worked materials 40, the working bath 1 is oscillated, normally or reversely rotated, or continuously or intermittently rotated in one direction, with the worked materials 40 laid therein in a fixed state. Consequently, the working materials 41 and 42 in the working bath 1 are caused to flow along the surface of the worked materials 40, thereby finishing the surface of the worked materials 40. In addition, the worked materials 40 are protected against damages due to contact or collision with each other. |
