FIELD: sewing engineering; sewing machines using controlled motor. SUBSTANCE: electric motor has stator 15 mounted in frame and shaft-mounted rotor 5 supported by bearings 6, 7 installed in motor frame 9 wherein conical seats 8 are made to receive bearings 6, 7; each bearing is, essentially, spherical-surface bushing spring-loaded in conical seats; shaft locating bore of at least one bearing is concentric relative to spherical surface; eccentricity is found from equation, where h is eccentricity value; σis maximal or minimal tolerance for size causing maximum deviation of rotor-to-stator clearance from rated value, mm; n is number of sizes; motor frame 9 also has ports 13 on side of spherical surfaces for turning bearings 6, 7 in their seats 8. Radial slot is provided on spherical surface of bearings 6, 7; frame has inserts 11 made of deformable material for expanding in bearing slots. EFFECT: improved design. |
