PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of culturing by providing a sealing film made of polymethyl penten to seal and engage with a sample holder. SOLUTION: A sealant 100 is attached to a biocard 110 in the form of film or membrane backed with an adhesive. The film or membrane can be rolled, measured, cut or the like easily in sealing a reaction body or a sample to the biocard 110 or a sample holder, and to the film a backing adhesive suitable for lamination form is adhered. The sealant 100 is attached to the front and rear surfaces of the biocard 110 to seal a card hole penetrating the card 110. The sealant is made of polymethyl penten and has a good tension strength, handling characteristics, transparency and light weight, and especially suitable for the biocard 110. Also it has an extremely high oxygen transmitted and is most suitable for culturing microbe included in the sample. |
