A cleaning device (10) which can be used as a hygienic unit includes a hand-held attachment (12) connected to one outlet of a dual outlet water valve (14) by a flexible hose (16). The unit (12) includes a hollow handle portion (18) having an inlet connected to the hose (16) and an outlet connected to spray head (26). The spray head (26) can be replaced with a second hose (160) which can be used to unclog drains. The device further includes a toilet seat (100) having a gasket (104) attached to a bottom thereof, the seat being used in conjunction with unit (12) to serve as a bidet. In addition, a T-fitting (110) may be provided for attachment to valve (14) so that another spray device (116) may be attached thereto and used in conjunction with basket (142) to wash soiled diapers. The unit (12) may be suspended from a bracket (40) and the spray device (116) from a bracket (130) when not in use.
