摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an operation system which can simply perform both a shift operation making switch-over between each forward gear and a reverse gear and a shift operation for acceleration and deceleration. SOLUTION: A forward movement position F moving a vehicle forward is set at the forward side, and a reverse movement position R moving a vehicle rearward is set at the rearward side so as to allow the operation path of a shift lever 13 to be formed into a fore and rear posture, and concurrently an acceleration position IN is set at the upperward side of the forward movement position F, and a deceleration position DE is set at the downward side so as to allow an operation path for acceleration/deceleration to be in a vertical posture in a configuration branched out of the operation path in a longitudinal posture. Besides, when the shift lever is operated between the forward speed position F and the reverse speed position R, a mechanical operation system is provided, which operates a gear type forward/reverse gear shifter E by the force of the shift lever 13, and when the shift lever 13 is operated to the acceleration position IN or the deceleration position DE, an electrical operation system is provided, which shift operate a continuously variable transmission V only for the period of time when each shift operation to the aforesaid positions is electrically detected so as to be operated.
