PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a marking on an outer face of a molding body without printing after molding, by forming a specifically marking on an outer face of a decorative sheet connected to the molding body by a recess or a protrusion formed in a mold. SOLUTION: In an insert molding method, a decorative sheet is arranged along an inner face of a mold cavity, a mold is closed, and a melting resin is injected into the cavity so as to produce a molding body, for example, a cabinet 60 to which the decorative sheet is connected at the outer face. On an inner face of a mold 14 at the lower part and at a part facing a cavity 15, a recess 67 for marking and a protrusion 68 for marking are previously formed. By utilizing a molding heat at the time of molding, heat pressing is performed for a decorative sheet 50 by utilizing the recess 67 for marking or the protrusion 68, so as to produce characters and patterns 69 on the decorative sheet 50. Thus, a process for marking by printing after molding is eliminated, the process is shortened, and the manufacturing cost of the cabinet can be reduced. |
