A magnetic tape device having the real break means, where enables to increase the winding torque without increasing the tension power of tape when the tape is loaded, load the tape at the disturbance, and non-change the location of the tape. The said real break means gives to the first real axle the larger force than the force for extracting the tape, when the tape is loaded in the cassette.
