PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker having low cost, the free external design, and excellent stability in placing cooking pans and pots without using any expensive and ceramic glass-made top plate by constituting an induction heating cooker by a specified top plate, a Japanese burner grate, etc. SOLUTION: A resin-made top plate 11, an induction heating coil 12 provided under the top plate 11, and a Japanese burner grate 18 for placing a pan, and embedded in the top plate 11 are provided, the burner grate 18 is projected upward from the upper surface of the top plate 11 and arranged in the position facing the induction heating coil 12. The burner grate 18 is constituted of a metallic member having the large heat conductivity, and a temperature detecting device 19 for detecting the temperature of cooking pans and pots is preferably provided on the lower surface of it. |
