PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the sure monitoring and regulation of the accuracy of the controlling of the thickness of a film and its lateral draw ratio by a method wherein the positions corresponding to die bolts on film is set through the local lateral draw ratio calculated together with the positions corresponding to die bolts on sheet set in advance on the sheet before stretching corresponding to die bolts. SOLUTION: By inputting data measured with thickness meters 18a and 18b through a thickness meter controller 20, a CPU 22 calculates the local lateral draw ratio on the film and sets the positions corresponding to die bolts. Next, the CPU 22 is so constituted as to control backwards to form the measured thickness distribution data at the positions corresponding to the respective die bolts and designate the die bolts corresponding to the positions, the thickness at which deviates from the reference thickness by a predetermined value or more, and represent respectively a proper lip distance to the die bolts through an automatic T-die controller 24. |
