The method intends to improve the productivity and reliability of ink-marking device for imprinting inked images onto a molded semiconductor chip. The device includes equally space aligned grooves on the top of surface of the substrate to plunge the rubber stamper into the cross grooves, a rubber stamper having the cross shaped iron on the bottom of a stamper surface.
